Our fixed and sliding head lathes use the latest high performance lubricants and coolants to ensure a smooth, efficient and highly productive process. This also allows us to machine a wide variety of materials and achieve better finishes.
Using this equipment, we were able to undertake a complex titanium machining project to create bespoke titanium components for one client.
APT uses Haas vertical axis machining centres, which generate less heat, vibration and noise than other CNC machining centres. This means we can mill in a wider range of materials, with better surface finishes and thermal stability.
Using this equipment, we undertook the aluminium machining required to produce intricate aluminium blocks for the pneumatics engineering sector.
