APT’s CNC workshop operates seven days a week, around the clock. Our process is designed to run smoothly and efficiently to maximise production and reduce downtime. The result is products of an exceptionally high standard, produced at a competitive price and delivered to you quickly.
CNC service
We’re committed to satisfying the exacting standards required by a range of industries, from Aerospace manufacturing to the Medical and Security sectors.
As a customer, you will benefit from complete transparency and traceability. The first component from your project will be catalogued and stored for future reference.
If necessary, we can take blanket orders over a 12-month interval, so you can call off your components as and when you need them. This means you can take advantage of a better, large order price without having to take your whole order at once.
CNC technology
We continually invest in the latest CNC technology. This ensures your orders are fulfilled to the highest quality and specification. It also means we can offer you the most competitive price.
Our CNC workshop is equipped with more than 20 high-spec CNC turning and milling machines. These are working 24/7, precision machining products to exacting industry standards.

Machine monitoring system
We constantly audit our machining centres to make sure we’re operating at maximal efficiency and productivity.
The machines are linked to a live, real-time machine monitoring system. This connects to a barcode on each production run and flags any issues. This proactive approach reduces downtime, which could be caused by tool changes and breakdowns.
